
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Involvement in 5 stages of the project: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Maintain efficient use of resources.
- Maintain the quality of project delivery according to business value
- Generate and present project progress report
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Work closely with the user
- Work closely with the developer team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree in IT
- Knowledge of PMBOK and scrum
- 5 years of experience as a PM
- Have a developer background
- Have a strong leadership
- Good communication skills
- Good negotiator
