Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the implementation of application development and web-based system strategies based on the established IT roadmap through the management of development priorities, sprint execution, resource utilization, and improvement initiatives to ensure that project delivery is effective and aligned with the company’s business needs and digital transformation.
- Monitor the developer team’s workload, productivity, task completion, and utilization to ensure optimal resource allocation and the efficient achievement of development targets.
- Coordinate with Business Users, IT Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Infrastructure, and external vendors regarding project requirements, testing, deployment, and implementation to ensure the alignment of development processes and system implementation runs effectively.
- Manage application and web-based system development activities, including monitoring progress, timelines, deliverables, and the alignment of development with business requirements to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business needs.
- Monitor, prioritize, track, and coordinate the resolution of bugs or system issues with relevant teams to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of the application are maintained.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog reviews, the determination of development items per sprint, and priority setting with stakeholders to ensure sprint delivery is effective in line with business targets and project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3–4 years of experience in IT project management.
