Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Own and define the product vision.
- Define the product backlog and break down the overall project into smaller tasks.
- Prioritize the product backlog and features/roadmap.
- Oversee the entire product development process within the Agile methodology.
- Identify market and business opportunities.
- Lead Sprint Planning to define the scope of work and estimate the effort of prioritized backlog items with the Squad.
- Utilize input from the Engineering team regarding effort estimation (e.g., story points) to inform backlog prioritization.
- Participate in Daily Standup to share status and identify any blockers.
- Facilitate Sprint Review sessions with stakeholders to discuss completed work and gather feedback.
- Engage in Sprint Retrospective sessions to discuss what went well, what could be improved, and define action items for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant degree
- Experience or capacity to work as a dedicated role on a Scrum team.
- Crucial understanding of the concepts of Backlog, Sprint, and Task.
- Sufficient understanding of task effort estimation methods (such as story points) used by the Engineering team.
- Ability to work closely with the Development team and external stakeholders across all sprint ceremonies.
