Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support, focusing on software development and technical architecture solutions for qualified leads.
• Develop and deliver technical proposals that clearly articulate the benefits and features of our unique software development and technical architecture solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
• Provide compelling product demonstrations and proof of concept for software development and technical architecture solutions to potential clients when necessary.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with clients' needs and expectations and leverage the full potential of our specialized technology stack.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our software development and technical architecture products, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
• Clearly and effectively present our software development and technical architecture solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, tailoring the communication to their understanding level.
• Participate in relevant industry events and networking opportunities, representing our company and its unique software development and technical architecture offerings.
• Manage existing presales team
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experienced in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably within a company specializing in IT or Software industry
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technical architecture concepts, and related technologies, with the ability to translate technical information into client-friendly solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and educate diverse audiences about our technology offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively about technology solutions.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
