Job description:
We are seeking to hire a PMO Team Member (middle level) for our ongoing project. This role is crucial for the success of our project, and we are looking for a candidate who can independently manage and coordinate project activities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to standard & governance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Project Lead with managing big-scale project risks, issues, action items, schedules, meetings.
· Monitor and remind stakeholders of major follow-up items and deadlines.
· Lead and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
· Manage and update the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure project milestones are met.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including local banks, regional offices, and the head office.
· Create comprehensive documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support project activities.
· Update project management documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and governance.
· Contribute to quality reviews and coordinate activities in support of quality objectives.
· Develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations using PowerPoint to effectively communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on PMO roles.
3. Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects independently.
4. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Experience working with international teams and understanding of cultural nuances in communication.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
