- To support daily troubleshooting activities during normal working hours and to be on standby onsite at the Bank’s Head Office
- IT Pitstop response time : 10 minute
- IT Pitstop resolution time : 30 minute
Kualifikasi
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in IT Support or IT Help Desk to ensure effective handling of day-to-day technical issues and timely user support
