IT Incident Management: Identify, analyze and report work results. Work closely with IT GRC in managing IT incidents
IT Asset Management: Identify, analyze and report work results. Work with IT GRC in managing IT assets
IT Network Management: Perform identification, analysis and report job results. Perform maintenance and periodically monitor the internal office network
IT Office resource operation & monitoring: Perform identification, analysis and report job results. Perform monitoring activities and manage IT resources within the office

Kualifikasi

Bachelor Degree
Understand IT operations in general, have basic knowledge of networking and device troubleshooting
Good communication and problem solving skills
