  • IT Incident Management: Identify, analyze and report work results. Work closely with IT GRC in managing IT incidents
  • IT Asset Management: Identify, analyze and report work results. Work with IT GRC in managing IT assets
  • IT Network Management: Perform identification, analysis and report job results. Perform maintenance and periodically monitor the internal office network
  • IT Office resource operation & monitoring: Perform identification, analysis and report job results. Perform monitoring activities and manage IT resources within the office

 

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Understand IT operations in general, have basic knowledge of networking and device troubleshooting
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
