1. Prepare monthly reports related to CCTV and firewall activity
2. Provide technical support to end users for IT-related issues
3. Monitor, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on IT hardware and devices
4. Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and configurations
5. Monitor and manage on-premises servers and network devices to ensure optimal performance
6. Assist with IT-related tasks during audits and ensure compliance with internal policies
Kualifikasi
1. Active final-year student (minimum in 6th semester) majoring in Computer Science or related field
2. Willing to undergo an internship for a minimum of 3–6 months (duration can be adjusted)
3. Possesses good communication skills and is able to work effectively in a team
4. Highly initiative, eager to learn, and able to adapt quickly
