Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Maintain and manage all IT assets (PCs, laptops, LCDs, printers, keyboards, mouse), including labeling, tracking, inventory bookkeeping, and preparing purchase orders with proper justification and approvals.
  • Monitor and ensure network/WiFi stability, handle LAN management, Mikrotik configuration, ISP switching, subnet and network mapping, and work overtime when needed to resolve urgent connectivity issues.
  • Provide day-to-day IT assistance to internal teams, maintain and repair computers/laptops (RAM, HDD/SSD, CPU, GPU upgrades), and support the implementation of IT policies and standards.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors regarding invoicing, technical support, and issue resolution, and record and report IT operational expenses using Excel or equivalent tools.
  • Actively learn from the IT team, apply knowledge in daily operations, and be willing to work on Saturdays or assist outside core IT tasks when required for operational or project needs.

Kualifikasi

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT Operations, Network Administration, or related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Basic understanding of IT Operations, Windows OS, common applications, PC/laptop troubleshooting, hardware upgrades (RAM, HDD/SSD, CPU, GPU), and ability to use Microsoft Excel for cost reporting.
  • Willing to learn and work hands-on with Mikrotik configuration, LAN management, network mapping, IP addressing/subnetting, ISP switching, and general network troubleshooting.
  • Strong interest in IT asset management, labeling, and inventory control, along with basic knowledge of preparing purchase orders and procurement workflows.
  • Good English proficiency (writing and listening), strong teamwork, and effective coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Highly motivated, eager to grow, willing to work overtime when needed, available on Saturdays when requested, and open to taking responsibilities beyond core IT Operations to support business continuity.
