Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions
Getting involved and assisting in IT projects
Build and maintain reports
Follow IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to maintain data integrity and confidentiality

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's (S1) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (GPA min 3.0).
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
Able to fully work from office (WFO) for 6 months (West Jakarta)
