User Operational Support

  1. Manage the recording of users’ complaint tickets/inquiries either by telephone or email regarding tech problems, whether from hardware (printers, scanners, computers) or software.
  2. Handling users’ tech problems/complaints using IT equipment at the head office promptly.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc) for end-users at the company head office.
  4. Identify and diagnose hardware and software faults and recommend solutions.
  5. Create a final report of resolved user complaints for future reference to speed up the process.

IT Asset Management 

  1. Manage inventory assets of hardware, software licenses, and IT equipment.
  2. Assist in the process of purchasing IT equipment in collaboration with GA/Procurement/Finance for IT infrastructure and user needs.

Basic DevOps Support

  1. Create and maintain web server applications and work with developers to implement necessary improvements.   

Kualifikasi

  1. Min 1 - 2 years of experience as IT Technical Support or related position in reputable organizations.
  2. Has a Bachelor's degree preferably in Technical Information related major.
  3. Knowledgeable in using SQL, and Web Server (Nginx, Apache) with proven experience.
  4. Understand and have experience working with software development life cycles and agile methodologies
  5. Has a basic level of experience using a programming language (PHP).
  6. Familiar with IT support activities such as handling user technical problems and desktop support with service excellence.
  7. Proficiency in Windows 7, 8, 10, 11, Mac OS and Linux.
  8. Familiar with the cloud provider (AWS) and basic networking.
  9. Strong knowledge of troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
  10. Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, and ability to work together in a team.
