This 3-month program invites fresh graduates to explore IT Infrastructure through a lens of Honesty, Empathy, and Agility. Participants will gain hands-on exposure to hardware, network, and system operations, learning that technical excellence starts with the honesty to own every challenge and the empathy to prioritize the people behind the tickets. By supporting our team in monitoring and improving vital systems, you will develop the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, transforming daily IT maintenance into a proactive mission to empower our entire organization.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities):
- Provide hands-on support for laptops and peripherals with the agility to resolve technical glitches quickly and minimize user downtime.
- Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity by practicing honesty in reporting outages and troubleshooting root causes transparently.
- Install and update systems with a focus on empathy, ensuring that software transitions are seamless and do not disrupt a colleague's workflow.
- Help track system performance and report issues with the agility required to address potential bottlenecks before they impact the business.
- Manage IT assets with high honesty and precision to ensure the company has a truthful and reliable record of its resources.
- Resolve technical requests with deep empathy, treating every user’s frustration as a priority and communicating with a helpful spirit.
- Contribute to special IT projects with the agility to learn new technologies on the fly and adapt to evolving project goals.
Kualifikasi
- Hold a recent degree in IT or Computer Science, showing the agility to quickly translate theoretical knowledge into practical technical solutions.
- Possess a fundamental grasp of hardware, OS, and networking, with the honesty to acknowledge knowledge gaps as you grow.
- Demonstrate a proactive "can-do" attitude toward technical tasks, remaining agile when navigating new or unexpected system challenges.
- Exhibit sharp attention to detail and the honesty to report and address root causes rather than just applying quick fixes.
- Use strong communication skills to support colleagues with empathy, ensuring their technical frustrations are met with understanding and clarity.
- Commit to onsite support for daily operations, maintaining the agility to respond physically and immediately to the team's evolving needs.
