Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Provide daily technical support to users and ensure the smooth running of requests oand reporting of IT problems for users
  • Help solve problems and requests and problems reported
  • Prepare daily and montly reports related to helpdesk tickets
  • Assist to provide evidence for audit request
  • Escalate to related parties (L2 & L3) for requests/problems that can't be resolved by the HD IT team
  • Become an active and proactive IT Operation support for work units that become Business Partners
  • Complete all other forms of assignments given by the Head of the IT Operation Division relating to the implementation of the Bank's Operational IT Function

Kualifikasi

  • S1 in computer science, information system, or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in the IT Helpdesk field
  • Able to collavoate and work in a team
  • Able to manage and arrange several priorities
  • Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of software and hardware
  • Knowledge of making IT Reports
