- Provide daily helpdesk support to Vidio employees, addressing technical issues and inquiries.
- Assist in learning and training sessions related to network office tools and systems.
- Support the maintenance and management of asset management tools, ensuring that they are up-to-date and properly functioning.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills to assist and guide employees through technical issues.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with asset management tools and helpdesk software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
