Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Remove impediments and foster a collaborative Agile culture.
- Coach the team on Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming and prioritization.
- Define project scope, timeline, budget, and resource plans.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and IT strategy.
- Provide status reports, escalate issues, and ensure quality assurance.
Kualifikasi
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 2–5 years in IT project delivery, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Familiar with and proven track record in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project environments.
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and external vendors.
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and DevOps practices.
- Proficient in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
- Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks in the banking sector.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- (Optional) Preferred certifications:
- Scrum Master (CSM, PSM)
- Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2)
- Agile Certification (SAFe, PMI-ACP)
Interpersonal Skills
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High situational awareness, servant leadership, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
