• Analyze business requirements to understand, gather, validate, and document them into a Business Requirement Document (BRD) as guides stakeholders and ensures that the project objectives can be achieved.
• Research and design the most effective and efficient solutions, documenting them in a Functional Specification Document (FSD) as a blueprint and guide for developers during the development process.
• Create a plan to ensure the timely delivery of a product that meets business requirements and quality metrics. 
• Work closely with relevant departments and external partners to maintain alignment with business objectives and compliance.
• Able to analyze, monitor, and evaluate current project processes and activities to improve their effectiveness and efficiency. Work and collaborate with key stakeholders to fix problems and obstacles.
• Ensure that all administrative tasks for operational and development projects are fulfilled to achieve operational excellence.
