IT Business Analyst Internship

• Fresh graduate with a major in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other IT-related fields.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project workflows.
• Familiar with business analysis in IT projects, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Familiar with documentation standards such as BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Case, and User Story.
• Basic understanding of business process modeling (Flowchart, BPMN).
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and collaboration with cross-functional teams (Developer, QA, UI/UX).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, API concepts, or system integration is an advantage.
• Willing to commit to the internship program for 6 months.

Nice to Have (IT Environment)

• Experience in academic or bootcamp projects involving web or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman, or Draw.io.
• Basic understanding of database concepts and system architecture.
