Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Create Business Requirement documents and Functional Specification Document.
- Installation and configuration for computer operating systems, printers, and company applications.
- Evaluating and documenting business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering Computer, Informatics Engineering or Information Systems with Min. GPA 3.0
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting, Security, LAN, Hardware, Software, Server, Networking
- At least 3 years of working experience in IT Support
- Age maximum 30 years old
- Minimum 2 (two) year experience as Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
- Having good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
- Willing to work in Nganjuk and all area
- Understand IT system knowledge
