- Fresh graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or other related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong writing and documentation skills (structured, clear, and detail-oriented).
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiar with requirement documentation standards (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories).
- Basic understanding of business process modeling (Flowchart, BPMN, Use Case Diagram).
- Able to translate business and technical discussions into clear and structured documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and documentation tools.
- Willing to commit to a 6-month internship program
- Available and willing to do hybrid work (for note, WFO will be at Kota Kasablanka, South Jakarta) throughout the internship period
Kualifikasi
- Support Business Analysts and Functional Consultants in gathering, documenting, and maintaining business and system requirements.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, process flows, and meeting minutes.
- Help analyze business processes and document current and future-state workflows.
- Assist in translating business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
- Participate in requirement discussions, workshops, UAT sessions, and project meetings.
- Support the preparation of UAT documents, test scenarios, test cases, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in validating system functionality against business requirements under the guidance of senior team members.
- Organize and maintain project documentation repositories (Confluence, SharePoint, Google Drive, etc.).
- Support system implementation, enhancement requests, and post-deployment documentation activities.
- Perform other administrative and project support tasks assigned by Business Analysts and Functional Consultants.
