Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance system and operational efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between business users and IT/development teams throughout system development, enhancement, and implementation projects.
- Prepare relevant system and business documentation, including BRD/FRD, process flows, user stories, and other requirement documents.
- Coordinate and support UAT, including test scenarios, issue tracking, and follow-up to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure agreed requirements and system improvements are properly implemented and documented.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and SDLC.
- Experience working with business users and IT/development teams in system implementation or enhancement projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with SQL/database, Jira, Confluence, Visio/Draw.io, or similar tools is an advantage.

PT Ultra Sakti plant site certified for Good Manufacturing Practice: CPOB (Cara Pembuatan Obat Yang Baik) , CPOTB (Cara Pembuatan Traditional Obat Yang Baik) from BPOM (Badan Pengawasasan Obat Dan Makanan/Indonesia National Agency Drug and Food Control).
