Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external vendors, to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Analyze and understand life insurance business processes, including policy transactions, claims, and customer management.
- Prepare and maintain key documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and user stories (for Agile projects).
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs and expectations.
- Participate in project planning and execution using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Communicate effectively with global teams and multinational vendors in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance business efficiency and value.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong background in life insurance business processes; understanding of policy transactions will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken, as the role requires direct collaboration with global teams and multinational vendors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) is a plus.
