Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct audit assignments with outputs in the form of objective and effective improvement suggestions (recommendations or findings) according to the scope of the audit for management.
- Carry out other assignments given by direct or indirect superiors.
- Prepare and review working papers, including audit findings, as documentation of the audit evidence.
- Review reports submitted by auditors.
- Provide guidance and input on issues faced by auditors.
- Monitor and follow up on findings from internal and external audits in each business units.
- Coordinate with Head of Internal Audit and Auditor Lead regarding audit execution according to the each unit's audit plan.
- Provide guidance to Auditors and coordinate with Auditor Lead regarding fraud indications.
- Proactively follow developments in systems, policies, and work procedures from Head Office, whether related to business activities or company's products, and ensure each unit implement it.
- Continuously monitor the implementation of control systems each business units.
- Act as a consultant (advisory function) for internal bank parties in need by providing recommendations on proposed policies or systems, procedures, and bank activities independently.
- Conduct special audits requested by regulators and/or management and report the results to Division Head and Head of Internal Audit.
- Perform and submit integrated internal audit reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience related to IT Audit.
- Experienced in Linux system operation management.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the basic principles of MySQL database and familiarity with common SQL statements.
- Familiarity with software, including Nginx, Kafka, Linux, Java, etc.
- Strong communication and documentation writing skills.
- Demonstrate adept learning agility, quickly grasping new technologies
- Knowledge of financial enterprise operation and maintenance process specifications and security compliance will be plus.
- Demonstrate proficiency in emergency response, troubleshooting, IT compliance, and the monitoring and maintenance of process specifications.
