We’re looking for a talented IT Associate Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth through technology implementations and process improvements.

We’re on the lookout for an IT Associate Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in planning, directing, and coordinating activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and security in the company group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and oversee the IT projects, encompassing: employee IT onboarding, offboarding, IT requirement gathering, infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, network maintenance, certification and compliance initiatives, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Manage work infrastructure technologies, hardware, software, and network, and serve as administrative assistance for various systems.
- Collaborate with business units (Growth, Product, Operations, Finance, HR, and Marketing) to translate requirements into effective IT solutions. Develop, modify, enhance IT systems based on business requirements. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Perform audits to verify IT compliance and address any discrepancies promptly. Safeguard compliance with local IT regulations and data protection laws.
- Ensure IT development aligns with enterprise architecture, security standards, and compliance requirements. Implement robust security measures to protect against cyber threats, aligned with Bumame Group IT standards.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, and implement corresponding processes and safeguards, including but not limited to, SSO, access levels, password renewals, IT training, and other safeguards.
- Ensures high performing network and IT systems through regular maintenance and monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or management information systems, or a related field, with minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0
- Proven success with a minimum of 3 years experience in IT management, particularly within healthcare or technology sectors.
- Strong experience in managing IT requirements and systems for corporate, sales, and healthcare roles—understanding these specialised areas' unique needs and challenges.
- Preference for candidates with a background within the fast growing industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in the industry.
- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and market insights to optimize system strategies and decision-making.
- Experienced in process improvements and automating manual administrative work is preferred.
