Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Record and monitor incoming and outgoing goods in the inventory system.
Ensure stock availability and accuracy of inventory data at all times.
Conduct regular stock opname (physical stock count) and report any discrepancies.
Handle purchasing activities for operational needs, including preparing purchase requests, negotiating with vendors, and coordinating deliveries.
Prepare and submit inventory and purchasing reports regularly.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the storage or warehouse area.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth inventory and logistics operations.
Assist with administrative tasks and proper documentation related to inventory and stock movements.

Kualifikasi

Preferably Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Detail-oriented, organized, and has strong record-keeping skills.
Proficient in using computers, especially Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Honest, responsible, and disciplined in carrying out tasks.
