Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage Inventory 2-3 Hubs
- Manage the planning and execution of proactive and reactive cycle counts in compliance with the contractual service level agreement
- Manage time scheduling & directly control inventory staff on day to day operations.
- Working with the team to ensure the day-to-day analysis optimises the inventory position
- Conduct a review of screening QA inventory ( FMCG ,Freeze and Frozen )
- Implement & monitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in the same and id entify all operational findings/issues in inventory
- Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Two years of managerial level experience, ideally within commerce logistics or warehousing.
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures, identifies opportunities for improvement which will improve day-to-day operations.
- Leads coordination and integration of efforts among departments to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
- Analyze and provide insights on the operating performance of each function, develop recommendations and provide analytical support for internal projects/initiatives.
- Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with strategic partners focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
