Torch.id is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Control Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing inventory levels through data-driven strategies, ensuring seamless operations for our growing e-commerce and O2O store networks. You will work closely with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to implement inventory solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Job Role:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular inventory performance reports (e.g., stock turnover, aging inventory, and forecast accuracy).
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels across warehouses and stores.
- Monitor stock discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure stock availability while minimizing overstock and obsolescence.
- Forecasting & Planning:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop accurate demand forecasts.
- Use predictive models and historical data to optimize stock replenishment cycles.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and implement data-driven solutions.
- Support the integration of inventory management software and automation tools.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with procurement, production, and distribution teams to align inventory strategies with business goals.
- Communicate inventory insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
- Min. 1 year of experience in inventory control, data analysis, or supply chain roles (freshgraduates are welcomed to apply).
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication skills to present findings and collaborate with teams.
- Eager to learn
- Familiarity with e-commerce and retail operations, particularly in inventory optimization.
- Understanding of Indonesian market trends and logistics challenges.
