Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services during formal meetings with institutions.
- Assist in mentoring programs and accurately interpret between mentors and mentees.
- Attend business networking events and ensure effective communication between participants using English.
- Ensure all interpretations are done with a high level of professionalism and understanding of business contexts.
- Manage and convey information clearly and accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics in all interpretation activities.
- Translate the documents that needed
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- English Proficiency: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience: Previous experience as an interpreter, especially in business or formal contexts.
- Business Understanding: In-depth knowledge of business English terms and concepts.
- Business Ethics: Understand and be able to apply business ethics in formal situations.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism in every interaction and be able to work in a formal environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as required by events or meetings.
- Education: Graduates in relevant fields (English Literature, Communications, Business, or similar) are preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience working with government institutions or embassies.
- Experience in mentoring programs or business networking events.
- Certifications related to interpretation or English.
