International Experience Officer

Job Description:

International Experience - Program & Activity Creation:

• Conduct International programs/activities to provide exposure about international activities and international experience for students

• implement the appropriate strategies and processes of international programs/activities

• Conduct timely and effective communication with related units in BINUS, student, as well as Faculty and Staff to increase interest and participation in international programs/activities.

• Maintain and update database (including photos and video) of international programs/activities (e.g. program details, participants, notes, concerns, feedback, etc.)

• Embody and model best attitudes and qualities needed to encourage international programs/activities and maximum international learning

BINUS Students Recruitment for International Experience:

• Implement the appropriate marketing/promotion strategies and process

• Recruit students from BINUS University to go for International experience for various activities abroad (e.g. exchange, short courses, internship, etc.), on campus activities (e.g. seminar, guest lecture, info session, etc.),as well as projects/programs/initiatives supporting international activities (e.g. ibuddy)

• Organize International events in campus to provide exposure about international activities

• Maintain relationships with academic departments within BINUS to increase international activities/programs

• Conduct interview session for potential students and provide its result for direct supervisor

• Provide support for outgoing students (coordinate with other units)

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor

• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)

• Perform activities related to Quality Management System

• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
