Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Acting as L1 guard for operation, fast escalation to handling customers and third parties.
- Provide technical support to customers and staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with the management of daily operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor system performance and ensure that all systems and processes are running efficiently
- Generate reports, analyze data, and document processes. Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in operations management or a related field
- Knowledge of business processes and operations
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong for problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
- Proven experience in system administration and technical support
