We are looking for a Certified Professional Information Technology Auditor (CPITA) or similarly qualified professional to join our team as an Internal Auditor. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and enhancing internal controls in a dynamic P2P fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual audit plans and schedules, defining audit scope and frequency.
- Evaluate internal controls, risk management, and governance processes in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze and monitor the implementation of corrective actions and improvements.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports to management, ensuring findings are actionable and aligned with company goals.
- Represent the company in external audits or regulatory reviews related to information security and compliance.
- Ensure ISO 27001 standards are consistently maintained and integrated across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate audit recommendations effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2+ years in internal auditing within the fintech or financial services sector. Experience in regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Certifications: CPITA or other relevant certifications are strongly preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in auditing tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 documentation and standards.
- Strong enterprise risk management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- Attributes: Adaptable, highly ethical, and proactive in identifying and mitigating risks in a fast-paced environment.
