Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop engagement-level audit plans, including risk assessments and scope definition.
- Supervise auditors during fieldwork and ensure compliance with IPPF standards.
- Review working papers and validate supporting documentation.
- Prepare draft audit reports
- Follow up on open audit findings with business units to ensure timely resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management.
- CIA certification, or progress toward CIA/CPA, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
