Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform and manage the full audit cycle, including risk and control assessments, financial reliability, and regulatory compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
- Develop audit plans, execute audit procedures, and prepare reports on findings and recommendations.
- Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
- Conduct regulatory audits, including OJK, and ensure compliance with POJK, BI, ISO 27001:2013, and 27001:2022.
- Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
- Analyze compliance risks, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate with external regulatory agencies.
- Review business models and products to ensure alignment with applicable regulations.
- Maintain open communication with management and the Board of Directors, providing independent advisory insights.

- Document audit processes, findings, and follow-up on corrective actions to monitor effectiveness.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Have minimum experience of 5 years in internal Control, Internal Audit (including technology aspect), Governance Risk and Compliance in global/large organizations and top management consulting firm or public accounting firm (experienced from BIG 4 or Consulting Companies is a plus).
- IT audit experience and being familiar with data security related regulatory requirements are preferred.
- CIA, CPA, CA, CISA and other related certificates are preferred.
- Have good pressure resistance, good communication skills, coordination skills and learning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- The ability to multi-task and possess effective time management skills.
