Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Draft accurate 2D drawings and 3D models (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- Create visual renderings with V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
- Support multiple projects with drafting, modeling, and design revisions.
- Incorporate feedback from clients, teams, and landlords.
- Maintain drafting standards and help streamline workflows
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in architectural or interior design drafting.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
- Rendering expertise with V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
- Plus Point: Knowledge of Revit and Rhino
Remote Work Readiness:
- Laptop/PC with minimum 8GB RAM (proper tablet devices also accepted).
- Working microphone & earphones.
- Dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
- Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps (verified via Ookla speed test).
