Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Creating and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinating materials procurement and deliveries.
- Tracking project progress and communicating updates to all stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with all building codes and regulations.
- Providing administrative support to the design team as needed.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination within the interior design industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Canva, Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Rendering (Enscape, Lumion, TwinMotion, etc), and other design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of design principles and industry trends.

Other Key points are:
- A good knowledge of Office Layout, Home, and construction.
- Able to put together BOQ/RAB for furniture and interiors.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Canva, Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Rendering (Enscape, Lumion, TwinMotion, etc), and other design software.
- Coordinate contractors for various projects.
- Set time schedules for projects.
- Providing weekly project progress reports.
- Able to work in a team environment assisting others.
- Able to create and read 2D, 3D, and CAD drawings.
Working hours Monday to Friday 9-6 pm.
