Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, evaluate, analyze and socialize Risk Management standard (policies and procedures) based on ISO 31000 and applicable regulations.
- Conducted evaluation and analyze Risk Management standard of Business Unit under Astra Financial periodically and give some recommendation if needed.
- Facilitate all Business Unit under Astra Financial to fulfill Risk Capacity & Capability to comply with requirement from regulator.
- Analyze and propose recommendation regarding enhancement and implementation of standard, procedure, and policy as part of Risk Mitigation on Astra Financial.
- Design and implement Risk Culture program especially for SMI, all digital ventures and Astra Financial through socialization, training, etc.
- Prepare data and information regarding Risk Management report to BOD.
- Collect all administration documents properly and align with the company rules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree with min GPA 3.00
- Having work experience from 0 - 5 years related Risk Management and/or Internal Audit, Fresh Graduate are welcoming apply
- Having experience at Banking and/or Financial Conglomeration
- Familiar with regulatory reporting, especially reporting to OJK
- Fast learner, adaptive and passionate to deliver above the target
- Having good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
