Hi! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, the distributor of K18 and GHD brands in Indonesia! We are currently looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, enhance customer engagement, and optimize sales across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement marketing strategies to drive company sales growth.
- Increase brand awareness for K18 and GHD across all sales channels and customer segments.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and discount programs that are aligned with sales objectives to achieve optimal results
- Create and manage social media content to drive traffic and sales.
- Efficiently manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI.
- Prepare and analyze marketing reports.
- Participate in tasks assigned by management.
- Collaborate with Human Capital in the development of skills and competencies for subordinates and personal growth.
- Adhere to information security policies, procedures, and principles in carrying out responsibilities.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or Public Relation
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and brand management, with a proven track record in driving sales growth through strategic marketing campaigns.
- The ability to manage projects seamlessly and meet established targets is essential
- Strong experience in developing marketing plans and executing successful brand campaigns across multiple sales channels (Professional Salon, E-commerce, Modern Retail)
- Ability to create and manage promotional packages, including seasonal promotions, bundling, and campaign strategies.
- Experience in budget management and tracking financial performance, with a focus on achieving ROI for marketing activities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams (sales, product, creative, and external agencies).
- Creative thinking with a focus on building brand awareness and enhancing the customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate effectively.
