As an Integrated Marketing & Growth Specialist at CFactory, you will be the architect of growth for our F&B Brand Client. You are responsible for driving business expansion by identifying opportunities across the entire user lifecycle, designing measurable experiments, and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies.

This role requires seamless collaboration with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Sales teams to increase activation, retention, and overall business value (scaling).

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Drive Growth Initiatives: Lead integrated growth strategies for our F&B Brand Client, combining digital channels and offline activations (events/seasonal promos) to increase Revenue and Market Share.
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze the end-to-end customer journey—from Awareness (SEO/Social/Ads) to Acquisition (WhatsApp/Web Orders)—identifying leakages and opportunities to maximize conversion rates, as well as Retention and Referral (Bottom of Funnel).
  • Macro Performance Oversight and Optimization: Supervise the performance of digital advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) executed by the Ads Ops team. Your focus is on the performance management and optimization strict performance metrics such as lead-generation, MQL rate, ROAS, CPA, ensuring alignment with monthly business objectives.
  • 360° Campaign Ideation: Conceptualize and plan marketing campaigns that bridge the digital and physical world. This includes strategies for Seasonal Menus (e.g., Ramadan, Year-End), Event Tap-ins, and offline community support.
  • Cross-Channel Synergy: Ensure a cohesive brand narrative across all touchpoints. Ensure that what we communicate on social media perfectly amplifies our offline sales focus and product value.
  • Trend & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to provide actionable recommendations for product innovation and content angles.
  • Experimentation Culture: Plan, execute, and evaluate continuous A/B testing experiments to find the most impactful content formulas and distribution strategies.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze audience behavior, content performance, and conversion metrics to generate actionable insights and data-led recommendations.
  • Dashboard & Reporting: Build performance dashboards (via Looker Studio/GA4) and conduct data-based analysis to be reported to key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Lifecycle Marketing: Develop user segmentation and support CRM/Lifecycle campaign strategies to drive repeat orders and long-term client loyalty.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Supervise external vendors for Website and SEO to ensure technical deliverables align with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the bridge between marketing data and creative execution, ensuring every visual asset is produced with a clear growth objective.

Kualifikasi

Requirements (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Strategy, Integrated Marketing (Experience in a digital agency or tech startup is highly preferred).
  • Proven Expertise: A solid track record in market expansion, digital user acquisition, and successfully scaling businesses from early stages.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO & Organic Growth, Funnel Analysis, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and Paid User Acquisition.
  • Analytics Proficiency: Capable of interpreting complex data (GA4, Ad Reports) and translating them into simple, actionable business strategies. 
  • Soft Skills: High adaptability, persuasive communication, cross-functional collaboration, and effective time management.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of how marketing activities directly impact the company's profitability and operational capacity.
