Job Overview:
As an Innovation Software Engineer - Operations, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and quickly implementing technical solutions that drive operational excellence and innovation. You will leverage your software engineering expertise to build tools, frameworks, and systems to experiment, optimize, and scale operations initiatives.
This role requires a combination of software engineering, data analysis, and utilization of SaaS platforms and available frameworks making it ideal for a developer who enjoys creating fast time-to-market technical solutions that have a direct impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovation & Operations Initiatives: Design, develop, and quickly implement digital operations initiatives to optimize operational excellence
- Full-Stack Development: Use your software engineering skills to build innovative operations systems, including integration of diverse SaaS tools, backend infrastructure, API integrations and additionally AI tools and frameworks to support operations initiatives
- Automation & Optimization: Develop automation scripts, tools, and processes that enhance the operations team processes
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (product, data, engineering, and process owners) to ideate, build, and scale operations
- A/B Testing & Analysis: Set up A/B tests, monitor performance, and iterate based on findings to continuously improve operations metrics. Monitor real-time data to measure impact of the implementation.
- System Design: Build scalable systems and infrastructure to support high-impact operations initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Write scripts and build dashboards to monitor operations-related performance and ensure all systems are functioning optimally.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience as a software engineer or in a growth engineering role with hands-on coding responsibilities.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or JavaScript (can be other programming language as well)
- Experience in development using low code platform in a production environment
- Experience with cloud computing services (preferable AWS)
- Experience with integration and automation tools like Zapier, HubSpot, or similar.
- Familiarity in growth / A/B testing tools and platforms
- Familiarity in AI tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and experience building data pipelines or performing database management tasks.
- Understanding of how to build and integrate APIs (webhooks, RESTful services, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative technical solutions that align with business operations objectives.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with process excellence, and operations to achieve operations goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in AI use cases, especially the use of LLM
- Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices
