- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term marketing vision that drives top-line and bottom-line growth, enhances brand equity, and captures market share.
- Brand Building & Digital Transformation: Create brands that resonate with local consumers while driving digital and experiential marketing initiatives to increase engagement.
- Local Market Insights & Innovation: Leverage consumer and market insights to create tailored annual marketing brand innovation plans, ensuring agility and relevance in fast-changing markets.
- End-to-End Innovation: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market execution, fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Portfolio Management: Optimize product assortments and introduce data-driven innovations to meet local market demands.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing strategies to support profitable growth and improve gross margins.
- Integrated Communication: Work closely with local brand marketing team, global teams, trade marketing, and sales to align ATL and BTL communication for impactful storytelling and effective campaign execution.
- Media, PR & Influencer Engagement: Oversee all media, PR, and influencer strategies to maximize brand visibility and consumer engagement through innovative channels.
- Budget Management: Manage and monitor Advertising & Promotion and Trade Marketing budgets to ensure effective spending aligned with strategic goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 5 years of experience in marketing and innovation.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience managing end-to-end innovation and new product development (NPD) projects.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Regional and global business experience preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills
