Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducting product development and supervising the stages of formula development include the literature study process, designing a laboratory-scale trial formula, evaluating prototype test results, and monitoring the stability of the trial product.
- Identifying opportunities, conducting research, developing and testing prototypes, managing resources, collaborating with external partners, and adapting to trends to drive impactful and sustainable solutions.
- Working collaboratively with Head of Innovation, Formulation Development and related functions to ensure that all aspects of the Innovation align with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of innovation initiatives / formulation development and ensuring align with company goals.
- Ensure that all activities within the lab follow safety protocols and regulatory standards and calibration is carried out in accordance with the provisions for the tools.
- Monitoring and calculating COGS or costing estimates for formulation development to maintain financial control and support profitability.
- Apply self-leadership in overseeing daily tasks, while also motivating and guiding the team to reach goals and manage strong collaboration across teams and departments.
- Become role model in implementing the company culture to foster a supportive work environment for the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Pharmacist.
- 3- 4 Years in R&D skincare or personal care
- Having strong interest about cosmetic/skincare/jhair products.
