- Monitor system and network availability on a daily basis.
- Handle and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure, security, and performance.
- Prepare monthly reports on infrastructure status, assets, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure IT system stability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Background in network and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in FortiGate Firewall configuration.
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Understanding of API integration and system connectivity.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
