Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Daily support and maintenance of Infrastructure & Security solutions.
- L1/L2 troubleshooting.
- Support implementation and POC.
- Monitoring system, network, security logs, certificates and connectivity.
- Coordination/escalation to principal or vendor.
- Documentation and maintenance reports.
Kualifikasi
- 1–2 years of experience in Infrastructure, Network, Systems, or Security.
- Understanding of basic networking, Linux, security, SSL/certificates, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with WAF/Firewalls is a plus.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
