Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
- Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and conflict mediation.
- Act as a liaison between employees, management, labor authorities, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain records of industrial relations cases, contracts, licenses, and other administrative documents.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Relations. Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations regulations.
- Experience in handling disciplinary actions, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
