Nature of Work
Directly report to Import Supervisor, responsible to:
- Procure-to-Pay process:
- Convert PR to PO within SLA Procurement.
- Monitoring and ensure delivery of the PO.
- Ensuring status of materials until payment done.
- Partnerships with External (suppliers, customs agent, and ministry), also with internal (QA, QC, Finance, PPIC, Warehouse, etc).
- Handling complaints/issues and ensuring the closure of each case.
- Partnering with customs agents for import process and all documents related, ensuring the cargo arrived safely at DVL warehouse.
- Regularly communication with Regulator including the update on the current regulation.
- Processing all the import license and all the required licenses/documents for importation (SKI, Import Quota, Master List BKPM, Laporan Surveyor, etc).
- Regularly provide reports to Department Head.
Kualifikasi
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
- English Skill: Intermediate.
- At least 5 years of experience in import/export, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical import rules and standards (e.g., BPOM in Indonesia or FDA in other countries).
- Experience dealing with customs procedures, permits, and product certifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- High integrity.
Competency requirement
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills to handle interactions with suppliers and custom agents.
- Able to operate ERP or import management software (e.g., SAP).
