Process procure to pay for imported materials
- Process PR to PO.
- Process invoice for payment.
Import Coordination and Documentation:
- Manage the end-to-end import process, including preparing necessary shipping and customs documents (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin).
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations for importing raw materials or finished products.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth delivery.
Customs Clearance Management:
- Liaise with customs authorities and handle import permits, duties, and taxes.
- Monitor updates on regulatory changes related to imports and ensure all shipments meet government standards (e.g., BPOM in Indonesia).
Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and accurate stock records.
- Monitor lead times to avoid stock shortages or delays affecting production or distribution.
Cost Control and Reporting:
- Track import-related costs (duties, shipping fees, etc.) and ensure they stay within budget.
- Provide periodic reports on import operations and recommend improvements to optimize costs.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Manage risks such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or non-compliance with import regulations.
- Ensure backup plans are in place to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in import/export, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical import rules and standards (e.g., BPOM in Indonesia or FDA in other countries).
- Experience dealing with customs procedures, permits, and product certifications.
- Knowledge of ERP or import management software (e.g., SAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to coordinate with international suppliers and partners.
- Good communication and negotiation skills to handle interactions with suppliers and customs agents.
