Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create high-quality illustrations and visual concepts for animation with high resolution (4K or more).
- Adapt artwork across multiple formats, channels and platforms while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with writers, experts, designers, and marketing teams to develop cohesive visual storytelling and smooth production workflows.
- Maintain visual consistency across characters, environments, and all creative outputs.
- Deliver assets on schedule and incorporate feedback effectively throughout the creative process.
- Working arrangement = Primarily remote, with required onsite attendance 2-3 times per month.
Kualifikasi
- 2–3 years of professional illustration or concept artist experience, preferably in animation, children's publishing, or related creative industries.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration skills, the ability to work within established character and visual guidelines, and versatility across different artistic styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and Photoshop) and/or illustration tools such as Krita, or Clip Studio Paint.
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver production-ready artwork with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, concepting, excellent collaboration skills, and openness to feedback.
