Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for tech roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
- Work closely with hiring managers/users to understand needs and align on requirements.
- Manage candidate pipelines and keep the hiring process running smoothly.
- Maintain clear communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment progress and prepare simple reports.
- Support employer branding and onboarding when needed.
- Assist with HR administration, including preparing employment letters, work certificates, and other official documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment; tech hiring experience is a strong plus.
- Familiar with end-to-end hiring processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering).
- Good understanding of tech roles (e.g., fullstack engineer, QA, data roles, product, UI/UX).
- Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with candidates and hiring managers.
- Detail-oriented and organized in managing multiple vacancies at once.
- Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
- Able to work under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
