Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end employee administration, including contracts, onboarding, employee records, and HRIS updates.
- Handle employee lifecycle processes, including promotion, transfer, probation, resignation, and exit clearance.
- Monitor and manage attendance, leave, and shift schedules, including resolving related employee issues.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employment letters, warning letters, announcements, and other HR-related documents.
- Support employee benefits and HR administration, including insurance enrollment, PR/PO processing, and company asset coordination.
- Respond to employee inquiries and HR-related concerns, while ensuring accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee data and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or a similar HR role.
- Familiar with HRIS and employee data management (experience with Talenta system is a plus)
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
