Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Attendance & Compliance: Track attendance, leave, and overtime; ensure legal and policy compliance.
Recruitment & Hiring: Source and hire roles from Project Manager down to entry-level; maintain strong talent networks in construction.
HR Policies & Labor Laws: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies; stay current with Indonesian labor laws.
Culture Building: Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and drive engagement initiatives.
Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development.
Employee Relations: Resolve workplace issues, handle grievances, and foster open communication.
Reporting: Prepare HR analytics (turnover, retention, etc.) and maintain necessary records.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field.
3–5 years of HR experience (construction industry a plus).
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws.
Proven skills in recruitment, training, and performance management.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and people skills.
Familiarity with shaping and maintaining company culture.
