Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Strategize the full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
Oversee accurate payroll processing and ensure full compliance
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs
Manage performance review systems and employee development initiatives
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business or related field with professional HR certification preferred
Minimum 5 years HR experience with 2+ years in managing team
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in HRIS and Ms. Office
